By accessing, browsing and placing orders on our pet supplies website, you fully agree to all clauses listed below. If you disagree with any content, please stop using our online store immediately.

1. Business Operation Description

Honglishang Trading Co., Limited operates a cross-border dropshipping store mainly serving United States pet owners. We do not maintain physical inventory; all pet collars, leashes, toys and accessories will be shipped directly from our cooperative US local warehouses and China suppliers to buyers. All product pictures, sizes and material descriptions are provided by suppliers for reference only.

2. User Account Responsibility

  1. You must submit accurate real shipping and billing information during checkout; failed delivery caused by fake addresses will not qualify for full refunds.
  2. You are responsible for protecting your account login credentials; all orders placed under your account are recognized as your authorized transactions.
  3. Users under 18 years old can only shop with consent and supervision of legal guardians.

3. Pricing & Order Management Rules

  1. All displayed prices are denominated in US Dollars (USD), excluding shipping fees and import customs duties.
  2. We reserve the right to correct accidental price typos; mispriced orders can be canceled with full refunds after notification to customers.
  3. Orders can only be canceled before suppliers dispatch parcels; once shipped, all return & refund rules apply normally.
  4. Product inventory status synchronizes in real time from suppliers. If your ordered pet product runs out of stock suddenly, we will provide a full refund or free replacement of similar-value items for your choice.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

All website text, product photos, logos and graphic designs belong to Honglishang Trading Co., Limited or authorized suppliers. Unauthorized copying, reproduction and commercial reposting is strictly forbidden. Trademarks of pet products belong to their original manufacturers.

5. Product Disclaimer

Minor color deviation, tiny size errors within industrial standard ranges and package batch updates from suppliers do not count as defective goods. We do not guarantee every pet product fully matches your personal subjective expectations.

6. Liability Limitation

Within the maximum scope allowed by Hong Kong SAR and US law:

Our company will not bear indirect losses, lost profits or mental damages caused by logistics delays, customs detention, personal subjective dissatisfaction or supplier faults. Our total maximum compensation for any single order will not exceed the actual payment amount of that order.

7. Payment Security Rules

We cooperate with official PayPal and Stripe to provide encrypted checkout services. We will not collect or save your complete credit card information. All payment disputes shall be resolved following payment platform regulations and our official return policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. All legal disputes arising from website usage or orders will be resolved through negotiation first; if negotiation fails, litigation will be submitted to Hong Kong local courts.

9. Policy Modification Right

We reserve the right to update Terms of Service, Shipping, Return and Privacy policies without individual customer notifications. The latest published version on the website takes effect immediately for all subsequent orders.
