1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We adopt a dropshipping business model without physical inventory; your pet goods will be delivered by cooperative suppliers after order synchronization. Orders submitted on US weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Two Shipping Channels for US Buyers

  1. US Local Warehouse Shipping

    Delivery cycle: 3–7 business days after dispatch

    Pet goods stored in our partner US warehouses, domestic US transit without customs clearance delay.
  2. China Cross-border Direct Shipping

    Delivery cycle: 12–25 business days after dispatch

    Parcels shipped from China via international logistics, delivery time affected by customs inspection, flight schedules and postal delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fee & Free Shipping Threshold

  • Standard flat shipping cost: $4.99 per single order
  • Free standard shipping automatically applied for all orders over $49 USD at checkout
  • Oversized large pet beds, crates and bulky supplies may generate extra surcharges, clearly marked on corresponding product pages before payment.

4. Tracking Number Notification

Tracking links will be sent to your registered email 2–5 business days after supplier dispatch. You can also view logistics status in your store order history page. Real-time live tracking is not available for China direct cross-border parcels due to international logistics restrictions.

5. Customs & Import Duty Notice

For parcels shipped from China: All import tax, customs duty, brokerage fees and local administrative charges shall be fully borne by the buyer. Our company will not cover any duty expenses generated after parcels arrive in the United States.

6. Delay & Lost Package Disclaimer

We cannot guarantee absolute fixed delivery dates. Delays caused by customs inspection, natural disasters, airline suspension, holiday logistics backlog or carrier failures are outside our liability scope.

If tracking shows lost status 30 days after dispatch, send your order number to support email for coordination with suppliers; partial or full refunds will be offered based on supplier verification results.

7. Dropshipping Packaging Statement

All parcels use neutral supplier packaging without our brand logo, store name or marketing inserts. No pricing invoice will be placed inside packages to protect customer privacy.
