1. Return Eligibility Window
All return or refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after your delivery tracking shows delivered. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Qualified Return Standards
Items are only eligible for return if they meet all requirements below:
- Unused, unsoiled, undamaged with all original packaging, tags and accessories intact.
- Not categorized as final sale, disposable or custom personalized pet goods.
- Clear photos of defective, wrong or broken products must be provided for verification before return approval.
We reserve the right to refuse returns with obvious user-caused damage, stains or abrasion.
3. Return Shipping Cost Rule
Buyers bear all return shipping fees under normal circumstances. Original outbound delivery charges are non-refundable.
If we ship wrong items or factory-defective goods, we will provide a free return shipping label after photo proof submission.
4. Full Return & Refund Process
- Send a return request to our support email ebyokgv@hotmail.com, include your order ID, product photos and return reason.
- Our team will reply within 2 working days with designated return warehouse address.
- Ship the item back and share your return tracking number via email.
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, a full refund will be issued to your original payment account within 7 business days.
5. Special Exclusions
Consumable pet snacks, one-time use grooming supplies and clearance discounted goods cannot be returned or exchanged under any situation.
We only offer item exchange service for defective/wrong delivered products with no extra shipping charge.
6. Dispute & Chargeback Reminder
Please contact our customer service to resolve all issues before opening payment disputes. Unreasonable chargebacks without prior communication may lead to restricted store access for your account.
